The unit kept overheating, the supplier said to ask Amazon for a refund but still waiting after a week. The unit cannot be used and as I don’t have to return it why have I not got a refund

Good length of cable feels good quality easy to plug in haven't had a problem with it getting hot and looks like it will last a good amount of time

Decent for price, but the quality and material used for the charger wire is poor and doesn't charge as fast as I would like and as fast as other fast chargers. I bought 2 fast chargers as my iPad was taking forever to charge. I purchased this one and a UGreen fast charger. For a few pounds more, better off buying UGreen fast charger, better quality material and charges a lot faster.
