Weak material not sturdy enough to lean your weight on without bending , but good for holding stretching muscles.

I appreciate the attempt at a foam padded stick but this thing has no integrity. It can't take any load without bending. The last thing I want when trying to get a good stretch is a stick that moves with me and not against me.

This is simple stick just upgraded my energy practice tremendously! I use the HSP stick for stretching especially opening the shoulder, chest, and upper back areas. But I have found it helpful land fun to also do wrist mobility exercises and using it as a sword for advanced Tai Chi and Qigong forms. I really love the softness and the energy of the stick is light and playful. Defiantly excited to keep exploring ways to use create better health and inner peace.

Great for upper back stretches and muscle tension release. I can stretch my back much more deeply with the stick and as a result my posture is getting better. With its length, I can target my upper back and shoulders effectively. What surprised me is how it has also improved my breathing, making it deeper and fuller after each back stretch. This stick is great for stretching and beyond.

Very flimsy just cheap plastic but what do you expect for the price I would not buy it again
