Package could have been better
Arrived on time, not great condition, leaves were falling off, smaller and flimsiest than expected, still not grown yet

Didn’t arrive in a good state.
This came in a very sorry state with just one half of a leaf on it. Left it to ‘hopefully’ grow over summer in a pot as I thought just the leaves had fallen off in transit. It did nothing but thought I’d wait for spring before judging as the summer was poor. Brought it inside for winter and it’s basically a dead stick now. Should have complained sooner.
