We All Go Traveling By (Barefoot Books Singalongs)

I use this in my preschool special needs class and the children really love it. I like that the song is repetitive and allows the children time to process and sing with the song. The colors are very bright in the book and I love the song effects in the music as some of my students do not talk but will readily imitate a sound such as "beep, beep." This is a fun and engaging part of our circle time as the students not only hear the song but get to see the words in the book and follow along as well.

The kids in my classroom love these barefoot books ! We can read them for circle time everyday !

The books are often accompanied with an engaging CD, or link to the music The story lines are playful, age appropriate and very engaging for children and adults I have several books in my class and they are constantly being requested- after many years still enjoyable and well loved by all The singers are often children as well as adults which adds to the charm

Nice book! Brand new inside and out!! Loved it! My daughter’s favorite book at the moment.

My toddler's school uses this book and others in the series, and I fell in love with them. Beautiful illustrations that help them learn colors and transportation means, super cute song that isn't too painful, and there are video versions on Youtube. Sometimes I'll sing it with my son, and other times we'll listen to the song on youtube while reading the book (for when he asks you to read it for the 20th time in a row!). This whole series is adorable. My two year old asks for this every morning.

This is a GREAT book and an engaging song for children. It has wonderful illustrations of things that go. With each page another vehicle is added to the last (in both song and illustration). It will be a winner to sing along with. Children will eat it up with repeating phrases and fun tune. I'm super excited to use it in class.

Great book for pre-k

Las ilustraciones son muy bonitas y vistosas, es muy útil para aprender los colores y medios de transporte. Es perfecto para preescolares, a partir de dos años puede ser muy adecuado. La música es muy pegadiza y la estructura repetitiva lo que ayuda a los niños a retener conceptos y palabras. Hay más cuentos de esta colección que también están bien. Pueden utilizarse para casa o para él aula, a los niños les suele gustar el ritmo y la canción y se puede bailar e interpretar fácilmente. Las páginas tienen papel bastante resistente pero no son de cartón, a partir de tres o cuatro años podrían pasar las páginas ellos solos pero quizá con esa edad todavía pueden estropearlas... Os dejo unas fotos del interior.

Habe das Buch für meinen Englischunterricht in der Grundschule gekauft. Artikel ist so, wie beschrieben. Setze es allerdings erst Ende des Schuljahres in Bayern ein, wenn "travelling" zum Thema wird und wegen der bevorstehenden Ferienzeit motivierender ist. Mit ein paar Gesprächsanregungen sicher gut einsetzbar. Dazu habe ich eine Zeitschrift, die zusätzliches Material zum Thema bietet.

This is a lovely book with lots of good pictures and an easy to text to follow. I like the added bonus of a cd which helps with the tune and the children are able to follow the pictures as they are not of reading age. I also like that you can use the cd on the computer and the story comes to life. This is good product and will be used many times by the children I work with. It not only teaches children how to follow a story, but introduces them to colour and different types of transport. This is something I would recommend.

Students and nephew love this book. Very catchy for them
