Bought on recommendation, works great on my home barista set up (Sage espresso machine). WOrth the price for the quantity and quality.

A good upgrade from citric acid alone
I have been using food grade citric acid for a few years for descaling. Decided to try this for my new coffee machine. Works very well, the additional ingredients obviously helped shift some stubborn scale that the citric acid alone was struggling with. Should last a while as you don't use a lot.

Works, but a bit messy.
It certainly works at descaling my espresso machine. My only complaint is that pouring out the contents can get quite messy. I would recommend a small funnel.

Good value.
Perfect and much cheaper than buying the sage descaling solutions.

Highly recommended this product.
I made a big mistake before, I descaled my traditional pump expresso coffee machine with vinegar unfortunately it didn't work great and ruined my machine at the end. I learned from the lesson, I should use this proper descale powder to clean the machine. If you willing to pay £200 for coffee machine, why don't you buy a proper cleaning stuff to maintenance your coffee machine. Buy this big bottle it's a really good deal, it could use over 15 months per an instructions. Take 56g mix with 1L water. Easy to use, put 56g powder in the measurement jug, pour some hot water to melt it and add cold water to fill 1L, then pour it into the tank and do the descaling, then use another 2L plain water to finish it. Now I use it for my Nespresso (capsule) machine, really happy with the purchase and the result. Better tasting and smell after descaling. Highly recommended this product.

Great price for a industry standard product.
Great price, fast delivery. Happy with my purchase. Used it in a HX coffee machine that I hadn't descaled for 2 years and used daily. After two descale runs the coffee machine was clean again from deposits caused from south England hard water. Highly suggested!

Goes hard over time
The powder went hard over time in its own container. Has been stored in a dry kitchen cupboard.

Great product. This citric acid works great for descaling coffee makers. Too bad the price has doubled in 8 years.

The item was well-packed, but the content inside was a little wet, and the cover that I removed was also damp. I don't understand how the moisture got inside, considering that it was securely sealed. Someone is responsible for this, whether it's the manufacturer, storage facility, or during delivery. As for the product, I've already used it and it is working quite well. I'm not sure if the humidity damaged it at some point, but I used a bit more dosage than usual.

Fantastic Product. Endless usage compared to liquid descaler.

We have been buying this brand for our Breville espresso machine for years. It does do a good job in descaling the machine. I notice it in how well the steamer knob works after using it. My machine is too expensive to experiment with cheaper brands.
