Q: Can you split the lights between 2 rooms?

Yes, it’s a hundred feet total but you get 2 50 feet strips, so you could put 50 feet in two separate rooms

Q: Why each each strand a different color? They will not sync and the one strand won’t go blue at all?

That I’m not to shire about I have both strands plugged in and they synced perfectly and both strands go to all colors with no problems

Q: How to connect if you cut it? cause i cut it and i don’t know if i just put it over the brass part or how i do it

Cot on the edge of the brass part so you have more to connect its better than cutting in the middle because it may be too short
