Update- I still love this broom, I just thought I'd share a helpful trick with other owners or future owners of this broom. As the manual says, it's best to use this broom in the forward motion with the front of the broom going at the dirt. If I point the broom at me, with the handle making what would be an acute angle it seems to work even better. So the front of it is still what is coming at the dirt but you are pulling the broom towards you instead of pushing it away if that makes sense. I'm not sure why this seems to work better but it does. I use this broom around 3 times a day between 2 babies and 2 dogs, it's constantly in use and still doing great! It has been a lifesaver for dog hair. I honestly didn't expect this sweeper to work this well. It's great! My dog is shedding like crazy and this really works! I have a newborn and a 2 year old with autism and he doesn't like loud noises so I can't run the vacuum much but this is quiet and picks up great on hardwood. There are many people who gave bad reviews only because with didn't work well on carpet but the description specifically states that it is for HARD SURFACES! So don't look at most of the negative reviews. If you have hard floors this will works great, I couldn't believe all it picked up, stuff I couldn't even see! Thank you for a great quiet sweeper! Best $18 I've spent in a while!

I have a very large dusty and furry dog (Husky). He sheds from March through October. What i like: This sweeper has three rollers and I like the concept of this little gadget. I haven't used my vacuum as much. Works great on tile floors. It did pick up his fur! Light weight and easy to put together. I didn't read the instructions and had it together in less than 5 minutes. What I don't like: Hair and debris gets stuck in the roller (but there's a little tool to rake it out). It only works in one direction. It would be great if it rolled forward and back. The garbage storage tank seems a little flimsy so I need to wait to see howblong it lasts. Doesn't work well at all on area rugs or indoor/outdoor carpet Yet to be determined: does it pick up a significant amount of dirt...i haven't vacuumed yet nor used a broom. Before I was vacuuming daily. I like it...just not 100% Update. I threw it out. It didn't live up to my expectations. I'm fighting a war on fur. This not the tool for me.

I like easy to use. But pretty flimsy. Has good dustbin. Does pick up hair out of the floor that I did not even know was there. But the bad part is having to clean brushes out regularly. Penalty to pay for having extra long hair

It worked well until it stopped working. Hair was wound up on the wheel, preventing it from turning. I had to unscrew the bottom to unwind the hair. As I was pulling off the hair, the cheap plastic broke and the product is no longer useable. I'm going to look for another product of this type.

This is very much like the old "hokeys". That being said, I would recommend for use on tile or hardwood, not carpet. I used it on tile. We have tile all throughout the downstairs. We have one dog, and the two of us. It picked up way more than I thought it would! It picked up lots of dog hair, and even leaves that got tracked inside! If you have pets, I would use it everyday. It even cleans leftover hair in the tile grout after using the swiffer! It's simple to use! Exactly what I was looking for! The little tool that came with it, works perfect for cleaning the brush! Best of all, it's the fact that you're supporting a mother and daughter team! The letter was special! Ps. I had no problems with my handle, or any part of it falling apart. Wish I found this sooner!

Works great until it breaks. The brush broke off one side and I couldn't fix it even though I tried. It completely stopped working because the spinners depend on the brush to move

My wife ordered this floor sweeper and initially, I made fun of her purchase. I then used it 1 time and was so impressed how well it picks up dirt and especially dog hair. I now use it every morning to tidy up the kitchen floor. It is easy to empty by opening a magnetically held door and dumping into the trash can. If you have shedding dogs, it will be necessary to remove some of the dog hair that gets caught up in the brushes every couple of weeks or so. This tool is amazing. Note: The manufacturer of this sweeper has never contacted me asking for a positive review. We have owned this sweeper for over 6 months and I use it every day.

So it worked great for the first four weeks I had it, then it stopped working on week five. I can no longer return it. If you need something in the short term (1 month), then this is great for you, but if you are looking for something that will work longer than that. Do NOT purchase this product.
