Schulke is one of, if not the finest author on witchcraft, folk magic, and occultism today. He is overall a fantastic author with so much knowledge spilled on every page. I truly enjoyed this fresh perspective on occult herbalism and I'm happy that he's written several books on the subject!

Fascinating, in depth and poetic, Schulke delivers again. I've come to expect a lot from this author given their impressive catalog and I was not disappointed. Well known for being a source of advanced occultism, this book was a step in a slightly more accessible direction for the author. With interest in the green path on the rise, this book came as a welcome manual towards a well-rounded perception of occult green arts and herbalism.I'd recommend this book for those just beginning to walk a green path as well as those looking to improve their advanced craft. Schulke is a well-known occult practitioner and herbalist, so there's a lot of good advice and useful tips about approaching the plant realm and lore in this book. But, for me, there's also a.lot of things who are in the "common sense". Schulke is a sensei ; he likes walk with us into the dephts of his labyrinth, that's why I think he's a good sensei ^^ we need to question ourselves constantly, we need to go out from our comfort zone; etc... So, for those who follow the poison path, I recommended without doubt all his books.

Excellent book.

I've read much better books on occult herbalism. This one is short and doesn't really provide any practical info. It's ok, but nothing outstanding. Wouldn't buy again.
