Good strong lock. I bought for someone an their new bike. They were very happy.

Got this to help secure bicycles at home, really reasonable price and a sturdy lock and chain. Very heavy for its size and the locking mechanism is really smooth. I would definitely purchase this again if I needed to, I suspect I won't however as it seems very durable.You need the key to both lock and unlock the padlock, which isn't a bother, but something to be aware of. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Great lock. Plenty of length and well built. Weighs a ton though so buy a top box to transport it!

Good product

This is a super sturdy chain and lock ring. Unfortunately after a couple of nights rain it was impossible to open the lock. Much oil and WD40 later the mechanism started working again: now zi keep it liberally lubricated and not had any further issues by the key does still occasionally feel like it’s not going to work, though normally does:It’s a great deterrent and apart from the locking issues is great

I bought this because it said Sold Secure Gold, which means that it has some kind of standard of security behind it. The chain itself is heavy and sturdy and feels the part, as does the padlock. The cloth protection helps you avoid damaging paintwork too.Of course the only real test is how well it protects the bike and to be honest i hope I am never sitting here saying it worked or didn't work!Security is really budget dependent, generally the more you spend the better it is, this chain is really good value combining the Sold Secure Gold mark with an excellent price.
