satisfied with purchase
seller shipped really fast and was in really good packaging. windows had some bloat on it but was easily fixed. windows license was authentic. only only small complaint is keyboard had some like vary small paint splatter or something on it but with a bit of rubbing it came off with no damage. other then that very clean laptop and very satisfied with purchase

Wrong investment
I got this computer in Oct and did not purchase the guarantee. I thought if something happens I can return it within the windows. it worked really well the first few months and right after the return windows closed, it started crashing and giving me an error. I took it to a computer repair service and they told me that it is either the motherboard or storage and either way it costs $350 plus!! which I decided not to spend that money. I would suggest not getting a used computer or getting it with a guarantee.

Extremely fast laptop
This laptop’s performance is exceptional. Graphics are impressive at 4K. I use Debian Linux instead on Windows. Everything works as expected. It runs vms via VMware Workstation Pro nicely when bought with 32gb or more ram (64gb in my case). Worth considering

Says it is free to return…..which is a LIE!!!!
DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!! I could not get the laptop to sync with my Internet so I sent it back!! They charged me $59 to return it!!!!!!!
