This is a great supplement overall for mens health and I have used it for years now. There is no odd smell or flavor on these capsules. Easy to swallow. It is a good price for a quality product. The ingredients go beyond sexual health. It may benefit you in more areas in general. Zinc for immunity, ashwaganda for stress relief, testosterone, L-arginine for better blood circulation and lions mane which has a host of benefits. Even if you are not going for a baby, this is a great product for general health for men. I will continue using as I always have.

It's hard to review a supplement like this, especially without medical testing during the process and because results will probably depend on the individual, but I would say if nothing else this product definitely increases your ejaculate volume, and quickly. I used it for about two weeks, took a week off, and then back on it for another week and there is definitely a difference. I have also noticed improvement in my overall mood and more motivation to get up and do things. It seems to have similar effects to a very mild dose of pre-workout. I did notice some potential, very subtle, heartbeat irregularity so I would not suggest trying these if you have any kind of heart issue without being supervised by a doctor. I did not notice any changes in election strength and frequency, but that was not something that was advertised. I think these are a great addition to your life if you are looking to improve your sex life overall, but are not magic. They may give you a little boost, but should be combined with a good diet and exercise to really benefit from what they bring to the table.
