When I was first looking into trying this out for my ADHD, I read a lot of reviews from people saying that they noticed immediate changes. For me, the changes seemed to be minimal. However, I discovered how much better I was doing when I'd been taking it daily for over a couple of weeks and then forgot to take it on my way out the door to church. This is where I noticed the difference. I was not able to focus on the sermon, so I found my mind wandering and pulled away by every distraction. In contrast, just the day before that I was able to attend 2 online workshops one after the other that combined were nearly 5 hours and I stayed focused the whole time with minimal effort. So, it is very apparent to me this is working without any of the side effects I get from taking medication. I'll be keeping this as part of my daily routine so that I can keep up with the productivity levels I've enjoyed the past few weeks while taking this.

If course AI recommended this supplement based on the research I wasn't doing. I unbeknownst to it's put this in my coffee spice mix and use it that way and noticed it working as my brain came alive so thanks for the product!

Really don't feel anything different which is usually the case with all the supplements i hear online about. Been taking for several weeks and thought i would give it more time
