The price is also affordable and the product is good. The packaging was also nice. Hopefully, I will keep my eye on this product if I need it again.

I bought this product in May 2025. After using more than 4 months I can say it's an excellent product in terms of quality, look wise and most importantly usage of water flush . Price is also reasonable. One thing I observed was plastic screws are coming out . These screws connect commode and toilet seat cover. These screws getting out frequent closing and opening of toilet seat cover. Please address this issue. I give 4.5/5

Very good packaging. Received the EWC in good condition. P trap, outlet through the wall and not through the floor. 4” pipe outlet required. The hole to open from 4 1/2” above the floor level. All fixed on DIY basis. Working fine. The preset water flush is little low on volume. I may adjust it later on to increase the water outflow. Very elegant looking closet. Too happy about the purchase.

Service is very bad Customer care phone no one is picking there is problem in commode the outlet of commode is 4 Inch and the wax ring provided is 3 Inch nobody is there to answer very bad experience

Using 6months. Only one concern plastic cap nut always loos but u can tight esaliye if there is a some space to enter your hand in back side 😁😉

Finishing is not up to the mark...flush is ok....product was a curved shape in lower portion....
