Fantastic Pan!
These pans are truly a game-changer. I had a set of cheaper stainless skillets and never got good results. Food often stuck to the pan, I never got the sear I was after, and I thought I just couldn't get the hang of cooking on stainless steel. Then I decided to buy the Made In 12 inch and 10 inch pans. Wow! The equipment you use definitely makes a big difference. These pans give me great results each and every time. As long as you heat them properly, put a bit of a high smoke point oil and or butter, you can't go wrong. And my family really enjoys the great sauces I'm able to make with all that nice fond thats left in the pan after cooking. And cleanup is no problem, you can de-glaze with water and scrape up any mess while the pan is still warm, wash with some soap, and if necessary a little Bar Keepers Friend Stainless Cleaner will make them look new. Its a night and day difference between these and the inexpensive pans I used to use. I was lucky enough to catch these on sale, so I saved a few bucks, but in my opinion, they're worth every penny, even at full price. These pans will last a lifetime, not like the non-stick cookware you have to replace every year. And they're much healthier too. If you enjoy cooking like I do, don't hesitate to get these pans.

High-Quality Clad is Worth It
This is my second fully clad stainless steel pan, but the first one that truly qualifies as high-quality. I honestly thought the praise was just marketing hype, but the performance is impressive, it heats evenly and retains temperature perfectly. Despite its 12-inch size, it’s surprisingly maneuverable and not nearly as heavy as I expected. Cooking is a breeze, and as long as you follow the proper techniques, cleanup is simple. The cooking surface is massive, providing plenty of room to fry or braise several portions at once without crowding the pan. I’m already planning to grab the 10-inch version for everyday use next!

Fantastic pan.
I love this skillet. No issues. To prevent food sticking I followed the instructions. Wait until the pan heats up (can check by dropping water droplets in pan) before adding food. Leave food alone. Flipping too soon can cause sticking. As for cleaning, I wait until pan cools down, deglaze with water and woodwn spoon if necessary and then use Barkeepers Friend. A little bit of scrubbing snd rinse and done. This pan heats up very well, cooks evenly and isn't heavy. I usually cook enough for 3 meals for me and, this skillet is perfectly sized. I love it and will be getting another, deeper one with a lid next month. Well worth the money spent.

Great product/great customer service
No company has perfect quality control and I received a skillet that slipped through the cracks. It was slightly warped, but they stood by their product and I had a replacement the next day. This is a wonderful skillet. It heats very evenly and it holds it incredibly well. Compared to other skillets, you can use much lower burner settings. If you preheat your pan and do the water test before use, you will have no problems with anything sticking. I simmered cracker barrel copy cat carrots for 3 hours and even with a hefty amount of brown sugar this skillet wiped clean with a paper towel. This is a well made skillet that feels like it has heirloom potential. It's feels solid but not heavy. If you're torn between the 10 or 12 inch, I recommend going with the 12. Overcrowding SS pans is the other way ppl end up with food sticking so the extra room is worth the price.

Lives up too and exceeds the advertising. It’s not hype
Okay I’ve had and used this skillet extensively since June of 2025 and it’s great. I give it a 5 star rating without hesitation. It cooks great, it’s high quality, and cleans up quickly and like new after every usage. I’ve been searching for the perfect nonstick pan …turns out it was high quality stainless steel all along. Get this without hesitation it’s absolutely great.

Excellent Performance—But heavily Scratched bottom After First Use
This pan is a powerhouse in the kitchen. The 5-ply stainless clad construction delivers fast, even heating, and it responds beautifully to temperature changes. I’ve used it for searing steaks, sautéing veggies, and even making pan sauces—it performs like true professional-grade cookware. The handle stays cool, the weight feels solid without being unwieldy, and it’s compatible with induction, which is a huge plus. Cleanup is straightforward if you follow stainless steel best practices, and the flared sides make flipping and pouring easy. The only downside—and the reason I’m docking one star—is that the bottom of the pan was heavily scratched after the very first use. I didn’t move it around on the burner or drag it across any surfaces, so I was surprised to see that kind of wear so quickly. It doesn’t affect performance, but for a premium pan, I expected better durability on the exterior. Still, it’s a fantastic piece of cookware overall, and I’d recommend it to anyone serious about cooking. Just be mindful of how you handle it on your stovetop.

Fantastic pan!
Amazing pan! I’m a former chef and can tell you that this pan and all of the stainless Made In cookware is top notch. Please do your homework before cooking with stainless steel. There is a slight learning curve, but it’s not rocket science. I can cook anything from eggs to fish in these pans with no sticking. Also, very well constructed, balanced, and heat very evenly due to the five ply clad. 100% worth the money. A pan that will last you a lifetime.

Wish I knew years ago that Stainless Steel Pans could be this good!! I've always had stainless steel cookware. Only recently learned not all stainless steel pans are the same. After learning the benefits of 'fully clad' stainlesd steel pans, I went in search of finding a pan to replace my current, supposed non-stick PFOAS free pan, which food was sticking on and had scratches from silicone utensils. After watching countless YouTube demo's, reviews on pans, I settled on this Made In brand. It was a huge price tag for me, but decided it was worth the investment to get toxic 'non stick' pans out of my life. I was excited when I saw the pan, bigger, heavier, and more beautiful than I expected. I love that it is crafted in USA , it was Important to get a real quality brand, not a cheap Chinese knockoff. This pan is above and beyond in quality compared to the regular chain store brands that are always 'on sale' I followed seasoning instructions I saw online, gently heating the pan, doing the water bubble test, then oiling . My first item was a Paratha veg filled bread, the same type that got stuck in my 'non stick' pan. The bread slid around on the surface and cooked perfectly as in my video. I have high hopes for this pan. I am plant based diet, so it will be making lots of sauteed stirfrys , sauces , pasta, bread based foods, it will be my pan for everything , and by getting the 12 inch size, the pan will never be too small, so cost effective not buying multiple sizes. The main thing to know about this pan , treat it properly in prep before you toss any food in it, and it will do its job. I suggest watching some videos on fully clad stainless steel pans to learn how to use them. That way you're not disappointed if you throw your steak in on super high heat and it sticks. I love this pan!!

Don't listen to all those people who can't cook who claim this pan burnt their food, that's not the reason this is a bad product. This pan is over-priced, heats unevenly, I sent it back as it warped even when heating slowly as advised. I'm cooking on induction, maybe it's not adapted but that's not my problem. I've never had a stainless steel pan that stains with strange white marks. Incredible amount of buzz about Made In products, don't believe any of it.

Despite the overwhelming positive reviews, I'm not sure what to believe. This was my first ever stainless steel pan, so I also got a laser thermometer to make sure I use it correctly. First time use, I preheated it dry, on almost the lowest setting. The goal was to get it to around 105-110°c before adding oil. Took about 10 minutes to reach 95°c (I know people say preheat for 2-3 min, but I didn't want to shock it, so I used very low heating), and around that temp it started wobbling on my glass stove top on its own. As per the extensive research I've done before getting one, I made sure the size of my burner matched the bottom of the pan perfectly, I constantly took the temp with the thermometer, and did everything correctly. The sides are considerably higher than the middle now and it's virtually unusable. Didn't even get to cook anything in it as the oil just pools weirdly due to the warping. I'm thinking it's possible I got a defective unit as my friend has an identical one and allegedly never had an issue with it (to be fair he's using gas stove so his might also be warped but would not be noticeable on that stove). I wanted to go full clad due to all the advertisement and accolades, but now I'm not so sure. I'll maybe try to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, and order a new one to see if the same happens. If that needs returning too, I'll try a different brand altogether. I'm so thankful to Amazon customer service for sorting everything out for me, otherwise I would've been out a lot of money on a mediocre pan.

Top. Tolle Wärmeverteilung, nichts setzt an beim richtigen Umgang. Wir haben das Dreier Set gekauft, alle drei sehr gut.

Excellent pan. Light for 5 clad. Bought as i cook a lot and have a new induction stove. Therefore i wanted a fancy frying pan. Bit big, I would like a 10 inch next. Only big for my burner on the stove. However everyone needs a 12inch frying pan in their collection
