I purchased this product and installed it within mins! I loved the device and ordered a second one, I did have a small product issue with it not dispersing correctly and reached out to have this resolved and was immediately sent a new replacement within a few days! At first I was skeptical about using what’s app to send messages back and forth but within days I received the product and had immediate responses! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

This diffuser is a great purchase for the price. Very easy to set up and to use and it works especially well when attached to HVAC ductwork. I wanted to mention in case anyone wanted to use this diffuser in conjunction with their HVAC system. You want to attach the tube to the ductwork after the filtered air has gone through your HVAC system, and is being distributed to the rooms in your home. A lot of people mentioned they run their fan 24 hours a day to ensure the scent is distributed at all times. I find setting you HVAC fan to run 30 to 45 minutes Per hour in conjunction with your typical cooling and heating setting is very sufficient to get the scent into every room. Additionally, the app allows you to set the working time or how long the system actually pumps scent. If you take the time to micromanage the timer on the diffuser and your fan on your smart thermostat, you can essentially get it pretty in line with each other so that you don’t have to run your HVAC fan 24 hours a day. Keep in mind, the type of scent you use or the quality of the oil you use will impact how strongly you smell it, and overtime you will get used to the smell and that does not mean it is not working when I have guests come in? They mention how it smells really good in our house.

I did a ton of research before buying the J cloud I had to read over 100 reviews of each different product that I came across in the scent diffusers, I settled on jcloud, and I’m so happy that I did. It’s not a great product. But I had signed to get the app n had to run n when, I tried to go back later it was n no go cuz I didn’t have the code from the fist try, I could not find the code or how to start the app up. I text the company and the next day they text me back that they had found my information and put it for me, this anlso activated my warranty, n all I had to do was open my app up now. Wow, you can’t go wrong with the product and you can’t say anything wrong about the company behind it I’m very happy with my purchase I’d buy it again and most likely well. It covers my whole house 3,300 ft.² upstairs n down n you can smell it outside., I had read ppl saying you could smell it outside, but I figured they were just full of bull **** but they r right.. hubby came home tonight n soon as he came in complemented, how he couldn’t believe he can smell it outside!!! It says it covers 4,500 sq ft n it does… so no second guessing , if ur looking for cent diffuser, and don’t feel like doing all the work of reading thousands of reviews, then take my word for it, and go J cloud…home run all the way..update, I was already in awww with this company n today they sent me jcloud 12 oz of oil “ summer fresh” for writing a review, I would have wrote this about them for nothing , it’s not every day u have a company stand behind u for something , that’s my responsibility n could not figure out.. ty Jcloud, I’ll buy form u guys always…

I have a large house (almost 7k sf) so I got one for the main floor in a high traffic area between the entry & kitchen and a second one for the upstairs landing to cover the hallway near the bedrooms. I LOVE having a fresh smell when I walk into the house. I’ve spent so much on plug-ins from BBW and they’re so ineffective. Finally something to hide pet odors.I watched a few YouTube videos to grasp the timer setup and app and still get a little confused. So grateful for the reviewers who are smarter than me and took the time to break it down step by step. I haven’t tried connecting to the hvac system. I’m not sure I will bc my house is so big. The units are inconspicuous enough, and I’m happy with the results when not connected.My husband accuses me of having a bionic nose. I smell dog urine (and get very angry) when no one else does. This unit has really helped my mental health bc I’m not immediately angry when I walk downstairs and smell DOG. And since I’m not always complaining about dog stink, I’m easier to be around. So yeah it might help the state of your relationship too. lol.

This worked amazing with my first machine but it died so I bought another and it didn’t work, tried again and same. Not sure what’s going on with this device. I makes a lot of noise but no smell.

Very disappointed! The instructions are absolutely horrible, no customer support phone number and they don’t answer your emails . This item worked for less than 24 hours . I’m returning this item and with lack of customer support I will be buying from a company that can be reached .

There is nothing to not like about this diffuser. I have used multiple brand oils in them, and never had a problem.The best feature is being able to easily adjust the settings from your phone! I can’t tell you how many times a scent was either too strong or not strong enough, this diffuser gives you the option to make very small adjustments at a time.This makes a huge difference because I have a small name brand one that I have to use the remote for the strength options, and even on the lowest setting most scents are too strong for my bedroom. On top of that, I was told by the customer service of the name brand that I should only have it on for 15 min a day! I don’t even see how that is realistic on keeping a room scented, while I have these JCloud machines going all day on certain settings, and they turn off for the night by themselves! I would choose JCloud every time before the over advertised name brand options. I give JCloud 100 out if 10!Oh to top it off… JCloud’s customer service is top notch! Another way they are superior compared to the ones you see all over social media.

I ‘m enjoying the machine but I don’t understand all of the (Bluetooth) settings. The initial setup is easy but the functions are challenging. Can someone offer instructions or suggestions?
