I’ve been on the hunt for a good shampoo for a while because my dog has that classic "sensitive skin" struggle—lots of scratching and that typical "wet dog" smell even when he’s dry. I finally tried the Pro Pet Works Organic 5-in-1 Oatmeal Shampoo & Conditioner, and honestly, the difference is night and day. The biggest thing for me is that it's a 5-in-1 formula. I used to juggle a separate shampoo, conditioner, and detangler, which just made bath time twice as long (and twice as stressful for both of us). This does it all in one go. It lathers up really well for a sulfate-free soap, and it rinses out super clean without leaving that greasy residue behind. His coat is noticeably softer and shinier, and he’s stopped the constant leg-thumping itchiness he usually gets after a bath. It has a light, fresh scent that isn't overpowering like some of those artificial floral perfumes. Plus, knowing it's plant-based and made here in the USA gives me a lot of peace of mind. If you’ve got a pup with allergies or just want to simplify your grooming routine, this bottle is worth every cent.

This dog shampoo works very well on all of my pups. It's gentle yet gets the job done. The fragrance is minimal but still leaves my pups smelling nice. It isn't a miracle shampoo so it doesn't get all the tangles out of my long haired golden, so brush beforehand. It is my go to shampoo.

Our Shih Tzu must have gotten mites from a flea infested hotel's dog room we reserved. It was a decent hotel brand. However, the room wasn't cleaned enough and our dog got fleas. The mites she got caused a LOT of itching. Poor baby! We washed her Once with this Great shampoo and her itching went Way down. That was a few weeks ago and it may be time for another bath. Her itching has gone up a little. But the shampoo really works, smells nice and leaves her coat soft!

I've used other shampoos to address my dogs sensitive skin issue but, by far, this one is 100% the best. She doesn't itch, she doesn't scratch, she smells better. This has got a lot of good stuff in it like aloe vera for sensitive skin and lots of vitamins plus almond oil, conditioner, and it's soap and paraben free, safe to use everyday without dusrupting her ph, so yeah, it's got everything that I'm looking for. I'm completely sold on this item and will continue to purchase it in the future.

I have an elderly longhaired cat that struggles with the typical discomfort and difficulties in keeping up with grooming that comes with age. I did my best to keep up with brushing, fur mat removal, and even plain-water baths, but there came a tipping point where the oil and dirt build-up started causing skin irritation, worse fur matting, and fur discoloration. I had been hesitant with going to any shampoo, as I did not want to cause drying of the skin and fur, or have any health issues if there was any accidental ingestion of product due to missed or incomplete rinsing. After a bit or research, I opted for this project. I wish I had purchased this a long while back – it works great. My cat does take bathing well, which makes getting the skin and fur properly wet, lathered, and thoroughly rinsed much easier. The results on oily and soiled fur and skin are almost instant – very quick clean. What is even better is how cleanly and easily it rinses off and how easy it is to tell by touch when it has been completely rinsed/removed. My cat showed no discomfort towards the product during the lathering and rinsing stages, no repulsion to the scent left behind after the bath, and best of all, no dryness or skin irritation after. I have now done 4 baths, and completely satisfied with ease of use, the condition it leaves my cat in, and of course how much more comfortable my cat appears to feel between washings. Recommended.

Great product, for us any way. Helps to relieve dry or itchy skin. Smells great. Works well, especially after a dirty hike, but needed two washes for that one. Dog smells so good after using this shampoo.

My dog had very itchy and red skin and I thought I’d give this product a try to see if it would make things better. After a week my dog was loving his baths. Soap had a very oatmeal smell to it. Overall not bad, it did dry his skin a little bit after bathing him but that’s to be expected with water. Over product was ok. I would use it again if I had to
