These are good. Very comfortable and supportive. I got 2 of them just as supportive as the ones I get at VA but instead of a open back and velcro it is a solid slip on design. It will take a little time to get used to that. I highly recommend these as an alternative to the scratchy ones from VA. If your a veteran or someone with knee pain these are a great unloader brace. Get you some.

I have been through A LOT of knee braces in the past two years due to a knee injury. I finally messed up my knee completely and purchased this to stabilize my knee while waiting for ACL surgery. I had it on when I was at the orthopedic surgeon's office being sized for my post-surgery brace...and the guy asked me where I purchased this one. He said he was impressed with it and said it was a pretty solid brace and would do well to protect my knee until he ordered the other one. He did give me some advice and said place the hinges a little higher up the knee when sitting down and putting it on...when I stood up it was perfectly placed and I had no issues with it sliding or moving around and the mobility felt better. The only "issue" I had...I also had a meniscus tear and sometimes all the material and compression directly on the front of my knee would cause some inflammation/pain inside the front of my knee. This is nothing negative on the brace, this was just due to my specific injury. The brace kept my knee from going out on me while walking and that was more important to me! I'm a very active person so I definitely put it to use and didn't wear it just sitting on the couch or at my desk all day. I actually bought two different sizes...when sizing, take into account if you are wearing on the skin or having to wear over leggings...I had to wear over leggings for work. So I alternated between an XL and L based on my specific needs.

The NEECA knee brace was delivered the morning after I ordered it. It is relatively east to put on and it seems to provide significant support. I still am not quite sure of how to adjust the side adjustments. It’s pretty tight, bjt I guess it has to be. I think the price was reasonable compared to similar products.

Ok, I would rather stay just this side of actually no longer being among the living than deal with seeking medical assistance. I just don't want to be bothered unless I'm acutely dying. And my knee was hurting more than I could handle. Like, it was bad. To the point that my whole leg would refuse to hold me because the knee said no. I tore the meniscus years ago and rehabbed it myself but every now and then, I aggravate it and this time, I've really, really made it mad and it let me know. I'm saying all of that to say, this knee brace actually helps. I couldn't even roll over without helping that leg with the other foot because it just hurt so much. I also have a fat thigh, I measured 23in so I bought the size for that and it was too loose around the kneecap so I went and dug out an old knee strap, you could probably use anything to tighten it up, but I can actually walk and breathe at the same time. I'll probably sleep in it because again, I really should probably go to the doctor but I'm not going to.

This is very unpractical to put in place since is closed and it enters as a sock, so I'm guessing eventually will loose elasticity due to the pulling from putting it on and off. After that struggle, it is actually comfortable to wear and feels good while exercising. This might be useful for young athletes but for people with knee problems I wouldn't quite recommend, if you have limited mobility this is not practical at all and might take too long to put in place. I give it a 5-10 just because of that, but it does help me with my knee positioning while exercising. Seems to be a good material and the support is not itching which is good, but I can tell already where and how it will stretch up due to te pulling of wearing it. 5/10 I'm still neutral about this one

Great quality and fit. Does run small so order size or 2 bigger. Feels great on knee after basketball. Knee was swollen for a week after. Just got this fast delivery, and wore today. Will be wearing all week!!

I purchased these knee braces under the advice and guidance of my physical therapist back in 2023. Wearing these my knees have solid support. These braces have kept me on the court and in the game. I have confidence in myself. Due to the amount of use, I have purchased multiple races. On my latest purchase, I reached out to NEENCA with a question and concerns. Cursomer service is amazing. Ich habe durch eine länger nicht entdeckte Borreliose an Gelenk Masse eingebüßt und konnte in der Regel noch nicht mal zusehen wie jemand Kniebeugen macht ohne schmerzen zu haben. die Bandage ist sehr gut durchdacht sitzt und reduziert die schmerzen beim tragen stark. Ich persönlich bin absolut glücklich und freue mich auf schmerzfreieres Sport treiben. Bei Problemen mit Gelenk Masse auf jeden fall zu empfehlen! =)
