I am a dietary director at an assisted living facility. I ordered this product for our kitchen staff to be able to be more creative with our desserts . I tried it using the apple to make an apple cake. The flavor was amazing and it only took a few drops it smelled delicious as well . I will be ordering more when our supply runs low . I use these to flavor drinking water. I really like them, mostly the citrus is spot on, while some of the other flavors are closer to candy flavors than natural flavors. But if you are making desserts of candies, they will be great.

Lots of “odd” flavors and didn’t have lime (I’m not saying lime was supposed to be in this bunch but just it’s an odd choice to have sweet corn and not lime imo). But works as needed for the flavors I will use.

They work but are very small

I use these all the time with sucralose in water, teas, and coffee. You can make a lot of cool combinations, like Piña Colada (coconut + pineapple) or Apple Pie (apple + vanilla ice cream.) In fact, there are only a few flavors here that I find questionable, such as the sweet corn and avocado. I would have rather had more "staple" flavors like caramel or hazel. But for the most part, it's a great set.

I used the whole bottle of raspberry and still no flavour in 1 cup of melted chocolate. I may add stars if the other oils are any better, but I seriously doubt they will. I would not buy again.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I hope the manufacturer / seller sees this. When will you have more in stock? It's the only oil that I've found that smells like vanilla and not vanilla mixed with alcohol, or butter vanilla, but actual vanilla that comes in an oil that's both food grade and able to use for scented applications. When will there be more?
