Just like to point out that what I ordered was not the same as received. Also, item description text is inaccurate as to the hose statement.The item I ordered was for the:"Inchant Vintage Chrome Swan Monobloc Basin Taps,Single Hole Double Handles Bath Mixer Tap Antique Brass Bathroom Vessel Sink Faucet,Deck Mount. ASIN.B01N6GSOPH.The image shows a 'bulbous' type of base mount. The item I received is just like the one depicted in ASIN B07VB8QVDY where the base is straight.As for the hose statement, (another reviewer pointed this out too) of the hose being standard, it is not - at least not in the UK. The standard hose fitting size is 1/2" BSP in the UK and although you can source a 1/2" to 3/8" reducer, its not your run of the mill item. This is the reason for the 1 star reduction.As for the product I received, it is well made and has a highly polished, high end chrome finish. The handles are comfortable and have a 1/4 turn which is nice. ( the handles were loose when arrived and needed tightening - as pointed out in one of the images (ASIN B07VB8QVDY). Also, if the "H" and the 'C' are not oriented correctly, in the handles, in the off position, you can easily pop them out to reposition.

The tap base is slightly different than shown in the picture, but the tap is beautiful, strong and works very well. I was worried because the pressure in my bathroom is very low (0.2 bar), but the tap works perfectly fine. Thanks

Unfortunately not as good as I hoped. The fit is good but the actual taps are loose and feel very flimsy.Easy to install and look good.

The tap itself is good and well made. Works well and was fitted quickly and easily. However, the supplied free connecting pipes are, according to my plumber, Continental European in size and don't fit standard UK water pipes, so be warned you may need to replace. My plumber happened to have the right size with him, so it wasn't a problem, but if I was DIY-ing this, I would have struggled to install.

If you read through the comments you will read that the supplied braided pipes are incompatible, not standard each and had to use the old ones and less than a year the taps leak like crazy which cost £60 to put right.Will not buy these again

Liked the look and the style , works well my only criticism would be the hot water turns to the right & cold to the left to turn on and off ? Takes some getting used to,
