after an initial error on our side (we were even planning to return it - sorry our bad!) we realised the problem and it did work very well. We’re actually planning to buy a second one if it performs well in the next few days!

I use this to turn and off heating in my house absolutely perfect. Alot cheaper than products that are specially meant to do so

Switch worked great for 6 months but for past 3 months I've had to keep powering off & on the switch to get it to reconnect to WiFi and only remains connected for 30 mins, now has stopped connecting at all. Will now have to replac.

Great replacement for the manual switch, as it fully integrates with Alexa and I can tell Alexa to turn it on and then set a schedule to turn it off a couple of hours later. Rarely used to be honest, but when we do need it, its great to be able control and not to worry about whether you have left it on or not!

Good quality product connected onto smartlife app easily. Good value for money, fixing screws are not ik spec so when you remove your old sicker keep the screws ro replace with this .will buy three more for air-conditioning units so a thumbs up from me

I've had this for two years with very little use and it's failed. It worked well with my WiFi and Alexa but I'm very disappointed that it's now going to contribute to landfill. I would not buy again and I'm reverting to an old fashioned mechanical and more reliable switch.

Installed/replaced old type Economy 7 timer in the garage, this is much better even with a weak WiFi signal.

Alledgedly OK up to 40A! Installed easy, found straight away on the smart home app and easily programmed. Been working fine for a week now. Deducted 1 star for not having an integrated earth and needing a connection block for earthng purposes. 18 month addendum. Switch has been dropping offline for the last 3 months. Worked great for 15 months running off an IoT network on a MESH config. Now goes offline repeatedly. Won't stay online more that 48 hours. Tried running on the normal network, tried device isolation settings, checked for wifi interference. Basically it worked perfectly.........until just after the warranty ended, probably conincidental, but I expect longer than a 12 month lifespan.
