Finally something to better manage my ongoing tension headaches and general neck pain. A self care must for anyone with upper neck curvature issues and office: 7-12H daily computer workers. I see a chiro regularly and stay in the gym. I’ve got 15+ years in front of the computer and deal with consistent tension headaches and issues around this, even with other therapeutic modalities. This little contraption is what I feel I’ve been looking for my whole life! I would try laying on my foam roller or using tennis and lacrosse balls to get into the tension-yoga strap at the back of my neck. But this! This is the game changer!! I’m only a week or so in, but I see this legitimately changing my whole self care routine and I think I can entirely prevent the headaches that I dread regularly showing up to ruin my productivity! Hallelujah!

It helps stretch my neck out. I even use it underneath my back to stretch there. This miracle device has helped tremendously with my poor posture (shoulders AND neck!), TMJ issues, migraines, neck pain, and tightness. If you gently tilt your head or back side to side while using it, it massages you. Definitely worth it. It seems sturdy enough to last a while too.

As we age, so many people develop a hump. I got a bone scan because I lost about a half inch in height. My scan was totally normal!!! So I knew it was a posture problem. This device really retrains your neck to be in the proper position. The only thing is, you really need to use it regular, especially in the beginning, because it's a little uncomfortable to try to correct a bad neck....it gets easier with use though. Definitely try it if you either suffer from neck pain, or have a curvature of the spine like me!

Kind of makes my neck hurt but I am most likely not using it properly. Its so tough.

This product doesn’t always magically make my headaches disappear, but it works wonders not just on the neck, but also the spine. When I lay on it, I can feel it adjust my spine all the way down to my sacrum. It just pops back into place. It’s nuts!

I bought this product to help with my posture and to eliminate my “neck hump”. I’ve always been self conscious about it and I finally took the time to order this product. This is just after 2 weeks and although it is a small difference I’m happy with the progress! Super easy to use, I do 10 mins per day as instructed although I did miss a couple days. I set my timer and use it before bedtime, I’m happy I didn’t spend a lot on it I’ve seen the exact same product for much higher. So far I recommend! Update: it’s been a year and a half since my original review and I continued using this product for just a few months after with the same amount of small improvement. If you are looking for something to eliminate that neck hump I’d highly recommend instead purchasing a posture corrector! There are several here on Amazon that work much faster I’ve used it instead of this product over the last year and have seen amazing improvement! Best of luck!

After using this for well over a month I’m not sure if my hump on the back of my neck is smaller. I do like this though.. I lay flat on my back and use it every night while watching tv. I can turn my head from side to side and hear it cracking ., it feels really good .. I mean I feel like it’s aligning my spine but I don’t know for sure. I’d say it’s worth the money
