Impressive little blender
Ordered this to replace my old blender, well I say old, it was just over a year old and out of warranty before the motor went up in smoke. So far I've been impressed with this one and it has handled what I have asked it to do. I love cooking especially currys and use it for blending spices and chillies. I have 2 small grandchildren and it great at blending roast dinners so the little ones can eat. It has great versatility and comes with different attachments if you want to whisk or make smoothie's. It's easy to clean and easy to set up and use. Ideal for small tasks where a larger blender is an overkill.

Very good quality and so easy to use
I got this to replace a old Andrew James hand blender that died after around 12 years. This one is more powerful (800W Vs 700W) and js just as easy to use and clean. here's to another 12 years or so of use.

Practical
As a carer for a parent who can no longer chew solid foods, and only eats a little at a time, this is a must-have gadget. The soup maker is ideal when it's something we can both eat (well, drink, really) for two days running, but quite often he only wants a tin of stewed meat, fruit or soup that has to be blended & heated in a saucepan for a few servings through a sippy cup. It's also useful for chopping stuff up for stews and soups, or for rough fruit juices.

I have not had chance to use this blender yet but looks well made and I feel it will be a very useful kitchen tool. Appears to be good value for price oaid

The processor bowl was bigger than expected, which is great. It’s smart, does the job and was excellent value. I’m very happy with it.

Not up to previous standards
Not up to the quality of a previous AJ blender I bought some time ago. Seems much less sturdy.

Not robust enough
This I have had for just over three months and it has burnt out. I bough this because I have some other Andrew James Items that have stood the test of time, however probably used this 4-5 times and it has burnt out the motor. This has put me off their products.
