I'm not your typical coffee drinker but I bought this for a friend who likes to grind his own beans as a birthday gift. I asked him what he thought so I could write this review accordingly. He prefers beans from where I think most coffee comes from, South America. I was trying to find something on the more affordable side that didn't compromise on flavor. So far as I can tell, this one fits the bill quite well. My friend was very satisfied with the taste of these beans. I didn't get any big "wow" factor from his response so I'm guessing they aren't particularly special in any way. He did say that it was flavorful and not at all bitter. He said that the beans seemed to be fresh to him and the aroma from brewing them was pleasant to smell. He's not super picky but he does prefer freshness, as I'm sure most coffee drinkers do. I asked him if he would consider purchasing this brand of coffee again and he said it was primarily dependant upon the cost. I told him how much this bag cost me and he said sure, he would buy them again. I found it somewhat difficult to find an unflavored bean which my friend also prefers so if you're looking for an affordable, fresh, and unflavored coffee bean, I'd say you found it.

Exceptional beans and expertly roasted. I’ve had blue mountain in those few hill of Jamaica that grow those precious mountain beans. I’ll keep one drying your beans.

Just opened the bag this morning and ground the beans on a medium grind! I normally buy blue mountain beans , but decided to this brand! I’m not disappointed! Good aroma, beans were fresh with a nice shine! Flavor is good and smooth ! Notice lately that a lot of coffees have a harsh bite when you first taste it but this coffee was mellow! I will definitely buy it again!

Decent but nothing special about taste.

Love this coffee! It's smoother and not so acidic. Better flavor and easier on my stomach! Definitely will keep purchasing.
