I am a soldier.i recommend it for every terrain and daily general life duty

The size is absolutely perfect fit for my size 9 shoes, not a millimeter gap here and there. Its a decent quality product with ample support and subtle contour for your feet. However, it is slightly on the softer side, so would be an ideal product for medium weight people, say around 50 - 75 kg. If you are north of 75 kg, the softness might be a deterrent, better to go for slightly firmer sole as the thickness of this pair varies roughly between 3 - 5 mm depending on the area (thinner around the fingers and slightly more around the ankle and highest around the sides for support.

The fit and finish is very good but the print on the top side could have been better.. its too loud if you are leaving your shoes in an open area.. the print could have been some dull colour etc..

Very bad product, I suggest you do not purchase this item because this item not fit for my shoes and not replace or return.

Product is not up to the mark, no comfort at all , it feels as like the normal insole comes with the shoe , so in a way waste of money

Must use for hard sole shoes.Better than other silicon pad which is slipy.
