Perfect for basin taps.
Got these to replace the crappy plastic ones that are supplied with most basin taps that get brittle over time and break.Perfect fitment and will last, I can recommend these if you have the same issue with your basin taps.

DO THE JOB
Good value and precisely milled but watch out for sharp edges and burrs. A few seconds with an emery cloth will sort them.

Brass better than plastic
I had previously used a plastic backing washer after the original had become brittle. This lasted a little while but the same issue occurred. I was nervous that a brass backing washer might damage the sink but with care the tap is now securely fixed. This was suitable for a standard tap in a downstairs WC.

Joke items!
As someone else warned (but I didn't read!) these are NOT 1/2 inch BSP. More like 1/4 inch BSP and poor quality at that. AVOID.

You pays your money...
Does the job. Beware sharp edges and I had to clean up the thread on the hex end.

Two different sizes
Bought as a pair , went to do the job today one was perfect the other was a different size , first one fit both taps perfectly, second didn’t get past one turn, and didn’t fit in spanner either, poor
