Be prepared for this to take a long time to do it’s job!
I have a year old Galaxy S24 (512GB) with an average number of photos and videos (probably less than a teen/20s would have on their phone. I fully charged my phone and started the back up procedure. That was 9hrs ago and it’s still only 90% complete. The battery was almost drained this morning (12%) and I took the risk of pausing the back up, detaching the photostick, recharged my phone up to 40%, reattached the phonestick and recommenced the back up seems to have continued the back up from where it was paused but it still has 10% left and the battery’s charge is dropping again and may need a second topping up. I’d recommend putting the phone on ‘Airplane Mode’ to conserve power for the long duration procedure. Let’s see if it’s done it’s job later today when I look at the contents on my Macbook Air (yikes!).A warning on the packaging of the back up taking many hours (depending upon how much you have to back up) would be reassuring.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF CON!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
It does not work. It says it is compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 and newer...that's a lie. When you try to run it, it says it need Mac OS X 10.7.4 or later. Website link does not work. No one to talk/complain to.Spent £108 on a piece of junk. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Downloads everything
I plugged this into my computer and tagged it to do its thing. It found and saved all my 12000+ photos, which is what I bought it for. Nice to have them safe on a dedicated drive that is not attached to the computer.

not usable- very very disappointing.
As instructed, I inserted the stick to the USB port and it took hours to come up with the all the pictures. After it did, I was on another windows, clicking to get back to it- it disappeared. So I had to redo this, and yet, this happened again as I was doing other things on my computer - and it wasn't until the 4th time that I was finally able to see the number of pictures it had found, the size etc (which was bigger than the 128 Gig by the way). I clicked to back up which took 3 days to reach 7%. I finally had to give up and to try again means I have to be infant of the computer for hours, not doing anything else on it, to be able to test again. Very disappointing as this isn't cheap at all and completely unusable.I had attempted to send this to the seller and Amazon but the comment is up to 200 characters so I couldn't even let them know the entire problem.
