S'well Bottle Handle, Black

The handle is well made, sturdy and holds the bottle well. The only downside is its rather high price.

There’s not really much you can say about, what is essentially, a piece of black silicon or rubber. This bottle handle is designed to stretch over the top of the bottle. Once in position, it means that you can use it to carry your bottle. Rather than using your whole hand to hold the bottle, you can now use the handle to hang it from a couple of fingers. You can also add a carabiner and clip the bottle to a bag. Even better! The silicone is quite thick, so it shouldn’t break. It’s quite a lot of money for a small piece of silicone. It also feels like a bit of a cash grab - Once you’ve paid twenty odd quid for your water bottle, pay an extra seven quid for a handle. You can then pay another seven odd quid for a silicone bumper for the bottom of the bottle.

I received this today for my 500ml Swell bottle and fitted it straight away without any issues, just remove the lid and slot it down over the bottle neck. It's made of thick silicone and feels quite sturdy giving you the confidence that it won't come off and you can just grab your bottle using this knowing it's going to be safe. You could also put a carabiner through it to attach to a bag etc if necessary. Just like the bottles it feels like a premium product and also comes with a premium price costing £7.47 at the time of review but it works and looks good so if you don't mind paying the extra then it's a good purchase. I got this for a 750ml S’well drinks bottle that I got recently, the bottle is great but it can be a bit awkward to carry. This just slides over the neck of the bottle and down past a ‘raised’ section, this keeps it securely in place. The handle is made of a black silicon and is very soft and comfortable on the fingers - very useful.

Since re-useable metal bottles have been around for a while the accessories to go with them have just really started coming. This bottle handle aims to help you take it with you on your travels. The handle is easy to install just stretching over the neck of the bottle. This then allows you to hold it with the larger loop which is easier than holding the bottle in its entirety. The handle appears to have been made from a solid rubber that I don't have concerns will break. It also doesn't get in the way while you drink Overall then if you are looking for a slightly easier way to carry around your re-useable bottle then this may be it.
