Ocstta Leather Recliner Sofa Set

We have only had this set for 5 months. Within the first day our rocker recliner wouldn’t close. We were sent a replacement and now this recliner is also unable to close. There is a piece of wood under the chair their keeps breaking and we don’t have children or many people at all who have sat in this chair. Unhappy with the quality

Terrible quality!!

I read the review on this leather seat at that time it was only one review maybe two that had positive reviews. The leather is very thin compared to my old couch. I probably will be purchasing another living set in about another 3 to 5 years. I had a hard time with the delivery due to rips on the couch. I will never buy anything like this online again. I just wished I would have followed my first mind and went to the store and take my time and find exactly what I was looking for.

We were a little hesitant about buying furniture online without seeing it or sitting on it but we were not disappointed. Shipping took a few weeks but not any longer than if we had bought it at a local store. It came boxed, wrapped, and on a palate. They literally dropped the palate in the driveway. At first look we thought it would be in pieces as the boxes were torn, dented, and the palate was in pieces. We photographed it and started to unwrap. Much to our surprise the only piece that was damaged was the front of the loveseat. One quick text message to the seller and a new loveseat was on the way. It was here in record time. There was minimal putting together, just the backs. All in all, a very good experience! I would highly recommend this set. It is beautiful and very comfortable. Seller service was exceptional. If you've ever thought about buying furniture online, do it! Quality, price and service is better than what you will find in stores.

We bought the set of three with the loveseat, the couch and the recliner. We absolutely love them. Quality is great. And though the rocking chair showed up broken(wouldn’t recline), we contacted seller and they promptly replaced it with a new one. The backs are a little shorter than we are used to but this set is great!!! Every penny well spent. Pit bull included to show actual size. She is a 100 lb dog.

Very happy with the recliner set. Firm yet comfortable. Very well put together. After looking over the photos on the instructions sheet, it took about 10-20 minutes to assemble the three pieces set. I’ve never bought furniture online before, so I had more than a few questions. I reached out to the seller and they were very helpful. Through Amazon they answered all of my questions within 24 hours. The delivery company they used, kept us informed of when it would arrive. The unit was delivered a few days ahead of schedule. And they brought the three boxes to our front door, which was not that straightforward. We’re really pleased with everything. If asked, I would recommend this company.

We bought this couch, December 20 23 about five months later it broke two spots we message the seller. There is no warranty so we’ve had this furniture fixed twice now and in a years time it’s completely broken. There’s nothing more we can do for it it’s junk. The arm fell off. The middle sunk in the springs broke on one side of the loveseat and it leans and one side of the recliner and it leans and it’s not like we’re big people. I weigh 140 pounds I don’t have small children running around poor quality

I loved the couches until now. There are two spots where the leather seems like it's a diffrent material then the rest. It's so thin it now has holes. Its not in a spot that is used often. I wish they would help me with this issue.
