Disappointed – smells different and caused a reaction
I’ve been a regular user of this shampoo and always loved it, but something seems off with the recent bottle. The smell is noticeably off compared to what it used to be. After the first use, I developed a skin allergy but tried again hoping it wasn't the shampoo, but it was. This reaction has never happened before with this product. For something this pricey, I expected consistent quality. Feels like the formula has changed. Really disappointed!
