It’s good for the Vaccum function and does a decent job. No complaints so far after one month usage. But mop function is just not practical. While stepping on shallow door thresholds the water tank disconnects and it goes back automatically to cleaning mode. Otherwise it’s good. Edit after 4 months - it goes to no go zones after doing all settings right. And gets tangled. So putting one starts only.

Vaccum is fantastic. Mopping option is basically useless, but Vaccum is really great. No need to clear dust tank every time,can b used through App and b adjusted by the manual input Zone,which has to b cleaned. Very happy with purchase

Buying this equipment was the best decision I have made. The suction and moping options are amazing at this price. It cleans the house without effort, and auto suction with a storage capacity of approximately 45 days is helping a lot. You must clean the brush every week, as hairs sometimes roll onto it. In addition, there should not be any wires or fabric items on the floor that could tangle with the brush. Initially, we received faulty equipment, which Amazon promptly replaced. I would recommend this product highly.

I was initally Very happy with my purchase and regret not getting it earlier. I was initially against vaccum robots and was happy with my dyson vaccum, however this is a game changer, its powerful reaches sides and areas you wouldnt go over with a hand held vaccum. I just turn it on when i go to work and come back to a clean house. The mop option is very basic dont expect much out of it. But the vacuum is strong enough not to need intensive mopping after, all this lasted for only 4months. Then the device suddenly stopped working, we took it to the service centre were we were informed that the board needs to be changed and they provided it free of charge as its covered by the warrantee, the service was great however its very dissappointed
