I would rate this as a semi-heavy duty. Using it for wet dive gear. Good product for the price and no hassle delivery. VERY easy to put together - I was able to assemble in less than 20 min while standing. Came with tiny tools. But NOT heavy duty. The poles are a wobbly and not completely stable, and the entire rail itself is considerably light weight. Its a good product, it would hold clothes or wet dive gear; but it may fail/tip over if taken over an uneven surface because of the wobbliness and lack of base weight. A heavy duty Z Rail should have a solid, heavy steel base and should not have any top wobble at all, and hould be strong enough to hold a car motor or other things weighing an excessive amount.. 1000 lbs easily. And it should be much heavier along with with heavy duty caster wheels. The wheels on this z rail are good quality but not super heavy duty. I don't think this being semi-heavy duty is a reason not to purchase though - just be careful and make sure grandma and small kiddos are out of the way incase it does tip while moving!

The costruction is great, however the wheel base is too wide to fit on a u haul track to load. Love that the wheel can be replaced if necessary

This was easy to assemble. I put it together in 30 minutes. I’ve always loved Z Racks for their ability to nestle together. Storage capacity on this size is good. Easy to hang things on, functional for what I use it for - hanging my hanging succulent pots indoors during winter. Wheels are smooth and it’s an excellent value for the money as long as you don’t plan on overdoing it with the hangers. Here’s the thing: there are everyday Z racks and then you have industrial which are not adjustable like this one. I have one of those and there’s a difference. Know that you are getting something adjustable and that if it has the little buttons you push in to set the height, it’s a hollow tube. The top bar also has this button to assemble it. This told me that there would be some limitations if I were to use it for something extremely heavy like yards and yards of fabric but this is for hanging clothing in a space you don’t have a closet pole in. It’s great for transporting clothing but in other reviews I’ve seen, I can tell that the rack has either not been properly assembled or tightened. You have to finish assembling it before adding weight to it. At first, one of the little buttons got stuck but I stuck my finger inside the tube and made a slight adjustment and it worked fine. Again, this is an adjustable rack and it’s different from the commercial racks which are not adjustable in any way, shape, or form. I did my research and would I buy this for clothing? Yes. I wouldn’t over-fill it with hangers because of the seam in the center of the rod. Would I buy it to store hanging pots indoors during winter? Yes. Ultimately, I am very pleased with my purchase. I knew what I was buying due to research and knowing the intended purpose - to replace a small folding rack I had been using for years and lost a pin to. It works, it’s convenient, and I’m keeping the box to store it in once Winter is over. It’s doing the job I expected and that’s to hold my hanging baskets.

Used for two markets and one of the welds on the rolling frame came apart. Very disappointed.
