I carry these with me, when I go on long runs, or going on a trip. I rather drink this, as it has a great flavor and comes up extremelly cheap, just need some water and I'm ready to go.

Taste and hydration

Our family enjoys Nuun drinks. From a practicality standpoint they are a good hydration option for my athletic 17 year old son. From a taste perspective, this is a good alternative for me and my husband when we want something lower in calories with a little flavor.

I love the flowers and the mix of electrolytes. I also like the effervescence but it does make my bottles strapped at my, because of the inside pressure, leak on my legs a bit. I tradeoff between refreshing and running down my legs that so far is acceptable.
