I bought the Ace Magic S3A Mini PC for my son, mainly for school and games like Roblox and Minecraft. It’s been great from day one. The setup was super simple — it already had Windows installed, so we just plugged it in and he was playing within minutes. It’s fast enough for everything he does, from homework and video calls to gaming with friends. No lag or freezing, which was a big concern for me. The lighting gives it a fun look, and he loves how small it is — doesn’t clutter his desk at all. What I really appreciated was the customer service. I reached out on WhatsApp with a quick question, and they replied right away. They even followed up later to make sure everything was running fine. That kind of service really stood out to me. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s reliable, affordable, and perfect for kids or anyone who wants a solid, no-hassle computer.

My son and I upgraded to this mini PC bc he's not old enough to get his own gaming rig and we needed something in between. We also wanted something powerful but portable. This thing delivers on the power and portability. We've bought many mini PCs in the past but they all lag on even older games. With this we were able to play Cyberpunk and Red Dead Redemption without a hitch. Not at the highest resolutions as we had to turn it down, but at pretty high quality (we'll take quality over resolution). the 32gb of RAM is a lifesaver as is the 1TB drive (vs 16gb and 512gb ssds that is typical in others). setup was a snap--typical windows setup. much better and faster than a different mini pc that we just purchased that had a very modified installation process, which we thought was shady and we returned it. Also love the vertical form factor--huge space saver. LED lights are a neat plus for my kid , but wish it was able to be dimmed or turned off. Never gets too loud when being pushed to the limits. Overall , a worthy upgrade from our other mini PCs and by far the best so far. by a long shot.

I bought one for my son, then 6 months later bought another for my daughter. These can play most games a young teenager would play on medium/moderate settings at a decent framerate with a standard 1080p monitor. Just please, if you dont want whatever rubbish is on these out of the box preinstall, just setup a fresh Win 11/Linux install boot image. That is all you have to do. Clean OS install and they are good babe.

After installing bitdefender on this newly brought mini pc. (Which looks like a good deal) It showed to be infected with Redline MALWARE.(Acemagic actually acknowledged this issue and can be looked up on Google) after removing it the new PC failed to boot out of BIOS

The PC is great for gaming and every day use. My 13 year old has loved using this PC since we purchased in June. Aside from the product the customer service group for the PC is great. They respond quickly and efficiently with any questions about the product and ensure customer satisfaction during and after the purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was looking for a compact and affordable PC that could handle light gaming and multitasking, and this one stood out for the specs and the design. What really sold me were the RGB lights — they looked so cool in the product photos and honestly look even better in person. It gives the setup a fun, modern vibe that I talked about a lot in my unboxing video. For the price, it just felt like the best value compared to other mini PCs with similar specs. Gaming capability: I’ve tried a few games on it so far (like Fortnite and Valorant), and it runs them pretty smoothly on medium settings. I like that it has adjustable performance modes — Performance Mode gives it a noticeable boost while still keeping temps in check. It’s obviously not a full gaming rig, but for a mini PC, it definitely holds its own for casual gaming. Performance: Performance has been solid across the board. It boots up fast, handles multitasking without any lag, and the sound quality surprised me — it’s actually really clear. I use it for light gaming, browsing, and media, and it handles everything effortlessly. I also love how quiet it stays, especially in Silent Mode. For daily use and light creative or gaming tasks, it works great. And again — those lights around the case just make the whole thing feel more high-end.

I'm a retired IT Security Manager and I've had this computer since September16th and already the RGB lights have failed on it so I guess I am stuck with it now. I have tried every recommendation I could find on Google to resolve the problem but nothing helps to restore them back to normal. You can forget about contacting ACEMAGIC as they don't seem to respond to inquires. Cheaply built and unreliable unless I got a defective one. The fact that there is absolutely no support for these units is enough to steer me clear of ever buying one again. You might want to do consider doing the same.
