Great protein shaker bottle. The lid goes on easily. It doesn't cross-thread and seals properly. The curved bottom on the inside is really good. No more difficult to clean protein deposits in the corners and the shape helps the powders and water to mix.

There’s no agitator at all so shakes are pretty lumpy.It’s easy to clean and a good size for putting in your bag so not all negative.Overall it’s worthwhile if you want a small shaker with no annoying ball rattling around in your bag, but you have to accept the lumps.

Mixes protein perfectly, no lumps left after a 30 second mix. Very cheap and no metal ball inside to have to try and clean. Simple and effective!
