The level of kink resistance is more on the kink-proof side of things. The only time I could get it to kink is if partially stuck behind a tire but all bets are off when that happens regardless of the type of hose. I like that it is very flexible but I wish is could be slightly more flexible or at least less inclined to return to a previous shape when trying to roll it up by hand although that minor annoyance is totally negated when using a hose reel. The fittings that came with the hose were all well made and providing more than was needed for the hose itself to include connections for what the hose might be connected to were all put to very good use and saved me a LOT of time trying to order each individually making sure all the sizes and fitting types were correct for each application. The only "Con" I have is that one of the fittings' O-ring had a cross sectional diameter that was too small and so leaked but replacing it with a larger O-ring did the job and, of all the connectors included, only one had an issue. As an aside, it's always a good idea to have on hand spare washers for quick-connect fittings because unless one negates the use of quick-connects by keeping everything connected, the O-rings will wear down and, always at the worst possible time, thank you very much Mr. Murphy! I've used the hose a few times now and getting it stuck behind wheels and generally dragging the length around on asphalt all the time, I've seen no wear or even marring so it seems ruggedly built. By way of comparison using an oft mentioned "blue" pressure washer hose that is also very flexible and kink-resistant but that goes for around three times the cost of the Yamatic hose, I like my "blue" but not at three times the cost. If needing another hose, which is very likely, I'll get the Yamatic.

Good quality

Im a very high pressure technician, like 30,000psi hoses and pipe. There are hoses for certain applications, like some are basically 8 layers of SS316 wire with thermo jackets, yeah they last forever. They are like pulling a 7/8 cable to your work area, they really are just chunks of metal. You dont need that for a pressure washer. Ive also worked with polyamide parker hoses, very expensive. They will handle high pressures and flow, but like this hose, they are easier to damage. You can still kink a 1" hose with 5,000psi in it, it probably will survive for a little while under load, but will eventually fail since you rearranged or damaged the braid. So... No quality hose will stand up to neglect under pressure, just like a pipe thats kinked or warped. It may survive, but you already damaged it. These fittings didnt leak, but i was careful to adapt between my m22x14 (id) and m22x15 (id). No fitting will seal with 1mm gaps. The hose jacket is soft and seems nice. The hose is very flexible, similar to my flexzilla low pressure hoses. The end connections fit together smoothly, no nasty machining burrs from worn out tooling. The quick connects made up easily and feel as nice as $200 high pressure fittings. Best of all NO LEAKS! I made up an extra jumper hose to test the coupler they included. The hose is bundled very tight, uncoil it before applying pressure. If it cracks when you unroll it, like i did initially, you are breaking strands. I stopped and bleed the press off and continued. You CANNOT kink these hoses. They will fail. Just treat your tools nicely and I expect this hose to dryrot before it breaks. BTW it wraps nicely in big loops on a wall hook much better than my oem thermoplastic 1/4 hose and much much better than my 3/8 thermoplastic hose. Those thermo jackets seem more robust for dragging around on sharp surfaces, but even they have a few small gashes in them.

This hose works great. The only issue I ran into was I didn’t have enough quick connects for both ends. I had to order an additional set. I would buy it again

What a solid hose, great value, it does not kink or twist poorly, and it remains flexible as can be. It is easy to roll up and store on the pressure washer. The connections are solid. I have nothing but good things to say about this high quality pressure washer hose, and nothing against it. I will never use a 25ft hose again, as this 50 footer is great to wash areas without moving the machine or in fact move around a large vehicle. The one I used to use, I am going to give away! I do not have to, but I would by it again. I recommend it 100%!
