Living in FL, the sun can do a number on your skin. I have been taking liposomal for 4 months and I can see some positive change in my skin. This is no fountain of youth, but I am happy with the results. Do not expect instant or major changes because there is no product out there that can actually provide either. I've had no side effects and the pills are easy soft gels to swallow. My only negative is the last shipment of pills were melted together into a giant blob. I had to carefully break them apart and hope the heat exposure did not reduce the effectiveness. You can see they ended up looking like raisins.

I bought this product because it had the following attributes: immune system support, lung protection, boosts energy levels and aids in digestion. After taking it for 1 week, my system couldn't handle it and I had major diarrhea. I am 91 years old and I do take other supplements so maybe there was an interaction with other pills to cause this. The pills are very easy to take .
