The best prenatal I’ve tried-and through four pregnancies I’ve tried a ton! Love that it has methylated folate, is based in real food, and it doesn’t make me feel nauseous. Gave me stronger hair and nails too, which is a nice bonus.

I don’t usually write reviews but i really believe taking this is what made me test GBS negative ! i started taking it around 22-23 weeks and stayed on top of it consistently.

Love love love these probiotics and love that they are made for pregnant women! They kept me regular throughout my pregnancy (and postpartum). I really liked their birth course too! Also a bonus that you don’t have to refrigerate them.

I took these for the second half of my pregnancy. I was very happy with them product! No adverse reactions and no tummy upset. It helped with gas and bloating from pregnancy and also I ended up testing negative for GBS which is nice! Both myself and baby girl are healthy. The pills are relatively small and easy to swallow, so it makes a convenient addition to your prenatal supplement. There’s no taste to them, either.

These were easy to swallow, easy to digest. My only thing was I didn’t see much of a difference.

I have tried so many probiotics and prenatal products! My stomach is super sensitive — I get heart burn and indigestion easily and just feel uncomfortable, but I don’t with these!!! I wanted to make sure I was taking a product that has everything my body needs right now, but it’s been hard to find one that is gentle enough on my stomach but still gets the job done!! I love this product and I use it along with the Mama Natural collagen daily and it definitely makes my body happy! I 100% recommend for anyone looking for a complete prenatal supplement!!!

Took these my entire pregnancy and still tested GBS positive. Didn't take any probiotics my first pregnancy and was GBS negative that time. Take that as you will but I regret falling for the hype.
