Solid mount. I have reinstalled it several times and it still grabs well and stays put. Holds my phone secure and keeps it right where I need it.

First off, I love the product for ease of use, quality and dependability. I use the mount on my bikes and in my car. Great products. Unfortunately, after two years the mount fell off the windshield and I could not get it to hold again. Their customer service quickly resolved the issue and sent me a replacement mount. They were easy to work with and the new mount has lasted several months without disengaging. Great product but I always stay loyal to companies that stand behind their products. Thank you.

attempted to use this for my windshield and it absolutely will not hold suction. I even tried the mounting plate that comes with the unit on a flat surface and it still falls off on its own. this us suction unit uses a tacky gel like substance and suction, tacky portion is good, but the suction part is dog crap and does not work!

Not only is it a suction cup but it’s also sticky. Fell off my windshield once in the 3 months it has been stuck. And if it gets dirty you can just rinse with water it retains all stickiness

Bought this for my girlfriend to replace the other setup she had. we were both secptical on how this would work and it works excellent. Holds up well to our rough dirt roads.
