Roaring Lion energy drink (1 Gallon Bag-in-Box Syrup Concentrate) - Box Pours 6 Gallons of Energy Drink - Use with Bar Gun, Soda Fountain or Home Beverage System

I work overnight and I've been relying on energy drinks to get through my shift. I'd stop at a convenience store on the way to work and probably buy some junk food, too. The recycling box at work was full of the cans that I had emptied. I have a Soda Stream that I use for everything I drink at home, but I was really frustrated that I couldn't find an energy drink syrup that didn't have artificial sweeteners, which make me feel dizzy and cause migraines. Finally, I found the Roaring Lion brand. It's perfect for me. Three delicious flavors and I use reusable bottles instead of single use cans. I didn't get the advertised connector, but I have them in gallon jugs with pumps and it works quite well.

Tastes very similar to the brand that “gives you wings”, a bit of a dry after taste but seems more effective. I buy the 33oz seltzer water bottles from Walmart and mix 6oz of this concentrate into them for a 1/5 ratio (as directed on the box). I Will definitely buy again in the future, especially considering the coast savings. I can theoretically make 6 gallons using this concentrate for the same price it would cost to buy just 4 gallons of the pre mixed other brand, thats 30% savings.

Flavor is way too tart

tastes good and works well mixing in a drinkmate.

Very good flavor. Similar to the readily available stream energy syrup, slightly more citrus. Not a direct copy of the Red Bovine flavor. We got this at work because of how many cans we were going through. Great alternative!
