Arrived quickly, looks good, and seems to have strong magnets.

The product arrived in best Chinese crap style in a cheap plastic bag, with no instructions although product description refers to “internal instructions” And no way to resize the bracelet, which is quite large. Amazon “handles customer service“ for this product, meaning that there are no options for asking about resizing. Unless you’re a man with large wrists, you may want to reconsider.

Re-sizing these types of bracelets is not for the faint of heart or poor of vision. I have others of this type of magnet bracelets & have resized 2 of them. Neither operation was easy & without a jeweler's loupe, nearly impossible to actually see the tiny fitting while working on them. So, it was with great pleasure that I realized that the size of this bracelet was close enough to properly fitting my wrist that I need not attempt a resizing. Yes, it's a bit loose & if it weren't such a pain, I'd probably take out one link, but it's close enough. I've found that a bracelet that fits too snuggly against my skin can really get tight if I wear it overnight & it works its way to just the spot on my arm where it becomes a minor little tourniquet. A tight bracelet also gets sweaty in the summer. The polish & finish of this bracelet is very nice without any pitting or markings. It's withstood any & all abuse I've thrown its way. As for the different magnets & their properties. There's no explanation about how they work or what each is supposed to offer in terms of therapeutic benefits. When I Googled for info my results only turned up additional links for other bracelets. No 'science' behind the claims. I've noticed no change to a sore elbow joint after wearing it for several days.

I’m always interested in trying out new health related items, and my parents both wear magnet therapy necklaces. I saw this and thought I would give it a try, What’s in the Box: This product includes a case for the bracelet, the bracelet, a pouch, a link removal tool, extra pins for the tool and a small instructions card. Quality: Overall this product seems good. The brace has a nice look and feel. The magnets aren’t very strong, I test it by placing it up against my refrigerator. It definitely pulled against the refrigerator as a magnet should, but it wasn’t strong enough to make the bracelet stick to the metal. The bracelet does have a nice weight to it. Dimensions: This bracelet measures just under 8.5 inches, but it can be resized to be smaller as needed. Final Verdict: This bracelet looks really nice, I don’t wear jewelry much, but I do like that it has a nice matte black metal, so it’s not flashy but instead looks sleek. It also has a nice weight to it. As far as the health benefits, that part is hard to gauge, but I will continue to wear it. I did remove one star because the instructions aren’t very clear on how you remove the links to resize it.
