Earlier this year I started with pain in my elbows and fingers. I discovered I had the beginnings of arthritis. My fingers were painful and the joint of my ring finger right hand increased in size making it impossible to get any rings over the joint. I was told it probably wouldn't shrink back as it would be calcium/bony deposits and most likely would get bigger. So, while looking for something to help joints I came across this product and thought I would try it as it seemed to help lots of things. The first thing I noticed was how much softer and shinier my hair was after only a few weeks, my skin also looked healthier. But after 2 months on this stuff, i could actually get my rings back on over my swollen finger. I was absolutely amazed.....also the pain has gone.....I cannot believe it myself. I am 57 years old and have been typing since I was 14 and assumed this was the beginning of a painful future. I am now literally pain free and wearing my favourite ring. I can only put this down to this solution. Please continue to make this quality product as I feel I will be a lifelong user of it. There is nothing wrong with the taste or texture of the product.

I would rather drink diesel. This must be the most foul tasting supplement I’ve ever tried would not recommend not even if it made you look 30 years younger.

I’ve tried a few different Collagen supplements, and read that the liquid shots were the best so tried the ProCollagen Marine Collagen drink and really noticed a difference. Within a week there was a definite improvement in my skin, hair and nails. Particularly my nails, they have never been so strong, I suffer with thin, easily broken nails, always have had, for the first time in my life they are thick and strong and just keep growing! Love it. The collagen tablets didn’t seem as effective for me, but the shots are way to take, taste quite nice and seem to really do the trick. Highly recommended. You get 20 in a pack, so it means buying a new pack every few weeks, but it’s less than £2 a day and a luxury that really does pay off.

Tastes like a concentrated fruit juice (red grape on the packaging) flavoured with fish sauce. It is absolutely disgusting. On the plus side, it is a small shot (15ml) so can be swallowed in one go and drinking it cold also helps a bit. The only reason I have given it any stars is that after 10 shots my hair is softer and less brittle. If a miracle happens to my wrinkles before I finish them then I will update, but not looking good and so I certainly won't re-order.

Noticable difference in skin elasticity and dryness on my legs and arms have improved. I've also got used to the taste quickly - other marine collagen supplements taste very unpleasant! (my wife's review, not mine! )

I started taking Oro Collagen last year, and after taking the first box I noticed a huge difference in my skin, especially my face, wrinkles minimised and my face didn't look saggy any more, and after three months the fungal in my big toe disappeared. Then I decided to try Absolute Collagen, as the adverts are everywhere, and they make it look like it is an amazing product, but after 5 months of using Absolute Collagen I realized that I was waisting my time and money, as it didn't work for me, my face started looking saggy again, and it wasn't helping at all with my nails. Now I am back to use Pro Collagen, and my skin just looks much better after two weeks of taking this product, and I am waiting to see the results again in my nails and hair.I highly recommend Pro Collagen (the black and purple box)
