It lasted only 2 months with one time of use per day. I applied it around my eyes and used one pump to each eye. I also utilized the left of amount on the roller for lips. I did message each eye 3-4 minutes. This is exact time your skin needs to absorb the serum completely. In my opinion, there are not exactly 15 ml of serum because this amount should last at least 3-4 months with two times of use per day. However, the pump works very well. I broke the entire tube to get the rest of the serum from this container, and there is no serum left inside after the pump stops pumping the serum. Moreover, I keep the part with ball because it works great for messaging your eyes and lips. I glade that I purchased several tubes of the serum which give me the chance to continue the consistent use of the serum.

I use it day and night and, for me (75-year-old), it really helps. It's a cool gel and it feels like I put an undereye patch on. It doesn't work miracles, but it does make a difference. The only thing is it has a silver coating on the below the area where you dispense it. Until it wears off, you may have a small piece of silver below your eye, but it's not a big deal. Easy enough to remove and that coating wears off soon enough. I have one in my bathroom and one on my nightstand. Am so glad I tried it. Ordering more today!

I am 77 years old, and have had eye bags for as long as I can remember. I have tried quite a few different products that were suppose to reduce bags under the eyes and none of them have even improved the condition. Actually, my problem has been two-fold. There is a swelling under each eye, and then a literal bag under this. The bags under the swelling are sometimes reddened and almost look like they are filled with fluid. Having read the numerous positive reviews on this product, I decided to try it, and, honestly, expected no miracles. I have been using this product twice a day for about 2 weeks. Although I don't see much difference in the swelling directly under my eyes, the eye bags have been greatly reduced an no longer look like they are filled with fluid. Granted, they aren't gone, but I have had them for a very long time, and, as I said, didn't expect miracles. I will continue to use this product in hopes the bags will eventually go away completely. Since I don't have wrinkles to speak of, the elimination of the eye bags would greatly improve my appearance. You may wonder why I bother at my age, but I feel the way you look helps to improve self-esteem. It you look better, you feel better. Besides, how many of us like to hear that we don't look our age. UPDATE 12/25/23: I have been using this product for about 5 weeks twice a day, and have added before and after pictures. Although I don't think the bags are completely gone, they are so much smaller and less reddened than before I started using this product. I am hoping the bags will go away completely eventually, but they are so much better now than they had been. UPDATE 04/07/24: At this point, I have been using this product religiously for about 4 months. Although there was some improvement and my eyebags go smaller the first couple of months. I haven't seem much improvement in the last month or so. I guess nothing works miracles, but this product did help to reduce the size of my eyebags. I plan to continue using the product for a couple more months to see if the last bit of bags just takes a little longer. A basic in my skin care routine! This caffeine-conated eye cream has been wonderful for my dark circles. Since I use it, the area under my eyes looks fresher, less swollen and with a more uniform tone. It has a light texture that absorbs quickly and does not leave a greasy feeling. Perfect to use in the mornings before makeup. A daily serum that really makes a difference. Totally recommended!

I absolutely love this product. The cream itself and the roller ball are wonderful. I have tried a number of expensive eye creams, and none have compared.

This gets one star because I received a defective item and they replaced it free to charge they were very kind. But come on people you need to be realistic, nothing is going to remove under eye bags unless you get surgery. Yes less sodium intake drinking more water, but if you had under eye bags from your younger and it's not age-related or medication related this will not do anything. And the rollerball is not that simple it's actually kind of rough when you think about it since you're eye area is so delicate. Also must let you know even though they were very kind and did a replacement they were from China so they replied that way different times and a few days later but they did reply. Probably better than most places from China. But that's what the one star gets for decent customer service for bad product. Again get a simple under eye cream that will moisturize if you're a woman one that goes underneath your makeup. Get one that is good day and night and stick with it don't get one with fancy ingredients you don't need to pay more than like 15 bucks you're probably best off with one of the well-known brands that sell moisturizers starts with a c ends with an e eye repair cream which let's be realistic is not repairing anything it's going to gently moisturize and won't do anything for bags or circles it will just nicely hydrate your skin. In fact any decent moisturizer a PM moisturizer that doesn't clog pores if you're a gentle enough and you use your ring finger you could use any moisturizer as long as it's safe for your face it's safe for your eyes. But you use just a little bit less nothing that has any retinol in it or anything like that most people use retina at night anyways so what you want is a simple moisturizer for under the eyes anything that adds all these new ingredients all it's doing is adding more irritation and a higher price. This one is fairly priced but it doesn't do much, especially since it's advertised for dark circles and under eye bags nothing is going to stop them except eating correctly, low sodium diet, exercise, great sleep consistent sleep 8 hours a day usually around the same time. You know everything I said almost no one does on a consistent basis. Hope this helps people as I feel many people are being robbed especially many women due to the fact that is always a new ingredient that they want to add to something. Be gentle with your ring finger put a tiny amount a pea size amount at most and you're good to go you don't need anything super fancy because you have genetics and you have age. And that's something we must accept. Or keep spending a ton of money on stuff that's not going to do anything except surgery if you truly have eye bags and circles.
