Arrived and was very pleased. works well and fitted my pen fairly straight forwardly. I have a tri colour pen so it took a while to figure it out. In my case, I had to open the front of the pen and push down the ink to replace and tug at it quite firmly before it came out. and to replace i simply pushed it back in. seems fairly straight forward but took a while to find out! good buy - recommended

These are refills for a special and rather useful pen. The refills arrived in good time; I did not need to contact the sellers.
