It’s really powerful and lovely, you could turn off the Rgb lighting if you want on the keyboard and the laptop gives you approx 8-9 hours of use. Really great for the power and shipped faster than expected.

Heavy and a little load but a solid computer. And who thought it was a good idea to put the power plug on the side.

The fan is too noisy. I use it with basic programs as office software (Word, Excel..) and the fan is always working hard and making high noise. If I use heavy software it is even worse. The computer overheats with basic programs! I tried using quiet mode but it's still noisy. This computer also overheats with simple software. The temperature is so high that you cannot even touch the back side. Don't buy this computer! I sent it to Acer support to fix it and they sent the computer back to me with the same problem. They just up to dated Windows 11.

La compre por $21,000mxn, llevo con ella ya algunos meses (entre 3 o 4) y hasta el momento no me ha presentado ningún problema. Es bastante más pequeña que la mayoría de laptops que hay ahora en el mercado, la cuál la hace elegante e increíblemente portátil. Tiene las funciones de Acer para hacer reconocimiento de los componentes y detectar si hay algún tipo de fallo o requiere de reemplazo. Tiene un teclado con led's personalizables. Su rango de wifi alcanzá para tener internet en lugares dónde otras portátiles no tienen y la potencia que consigue es bastante fuerte. No tiene espacio extra para una expansión de disco. Tiene windows 11.

El proceso de devolución de Amazon excelente, yo la tuve que devolver debido a que en la noche después de estar utilizándola se calentó y el ventilador integrado realiza demasiado ruido, de echo desde que la prendes el ruido del ventilador no es el optimo.

Estaba muy contento al recibirla, comencé con el Setup, terminó y baje Sketchup, Autocad y PS, me pidió apagar y actualizar. Despues de eso no pude lograr que iniciará "Solo Parpadea la pantalla, parece que va a cargar el knicio pero continúa por hrs igual " la reinicie y sigue igual. Una gran Decepción porque desde la envoltura se veía como una muy buena laptop.
