Such a good baby monitor It’s really good value for money. The battery lasts all night so great it going away don’t need to take the charger. Took minutes to set up and the sound a video quality is great

Bought to replace an aging Angel Care monitor. The picture quality on this monitor, even in the dark, is very good (despite what some of the other reviews say). It picks up audio well and the ability to move the camera remotely is really useful, particularly if your baby (or favourite sleeping pet - I’m not judging) is prone to moving about in their bed. Possibly loses half a mark by not being able to zoom and not offering any mounting options out of the box - I had to spend a tenner on an additional flexi mount, to attach to the side of the cot. But otherwise was well priced and good quality. Works well throughout a three story house.

This is our second HelloBaby monitor and must say we are very happy with the quality and overall ease of use. It is very easy to install and pair. Once paired, the monitor has great range and can be used reliably even from a reasonable distance within the house without losing signal. The camera is flexible and can be rotated using the monitor. If our child moves away from her original position, it is very easy to adjust and ensure we are able to see them. The audio and video quality are great. The two way mic is also a great option and when our child needs our help it is very easy to communicate. We highly recommend this product!!!

This product does what it says it does and provides good quality video of baby. It also shows temperature which has been so helpful to make sure baby is not too hot/cold. Also it is very sensitive to any noise or movement in baby's room and immediately comes on. The only reason I took one star away is that ever since I stopped using white noise in baby's room, I noticed that whenever I use monitor to press right/left/up/down to check on baby the camera device in baby's room makes some noise. I haven't heard it directly but I know there is noise because baby tends to wake up from that noise which is very frustrating. However, if I am using the white noise (in the first 30 mins of naps), then it disguises that noise from the camera and does not affect baby' sleep

Great camera, good night vision and love that the brightness is adjustable

I was really happy with this monitor, we mounted it on our sons wall and could move it around to view the entire room (from the parent unit with the screen), so we could see where he was if he got out of bed. Also it doesn't use WiFi which was important to me. So the price was very competitive when we were looking for all these boxes to be ticked. Our parent unit stopped connecting to the camera after we'd had it for about 3 months. I contacted customer service via the email on the instructions and within around 4 days, I had an entirely new baby monitor (parent unit and camera) shipped to me completely free of charge. I spoke with a lady called Amanda and honestly had the most pleasant customer service I think I've ever recieved. The product is perfect and if things do go wrong, the company are quick to sort it out, 100% would recommend.

After 8 months camera is loosing signal. Very unhappy as you don’t know if baby is quite or signal Is dead
