Q: do i need a cup. Can i use the air flow for moving alcohol ink?

For question one, there are already two cups included with the product, one measuring 1/2 oz and the other measuring 1/4 oz. We believe these should meet your needs. For question two, yes, you can use the air flow to move the alcohol ink. In fact, alcohol ink with smaller particle size can yield better spray effects.

Q: Would it be convenient to clean or disassemble this airbrush gun ?

Yes dear customer. The cleaning and maintenance of this airbrush gun is very easy to handle. Thanks to the quick self-centering drop-in structure, the cleaning and maintenance of thsi airbrush is simplified. And the quick self-centering structure makes the nozzle unbreakeable during the disassembling.

Q: Will the needles and nozzles from ghad-39 fit in the ghac-98?

I was told by Gaahleri in an email that the needles for the GHAC-98 & GHAC-98D will fit the GHAD-39.

Q: Is this air brush a good application for automotive paint touch up metallic paint?

I'm not sure, but it has two needle sizes that are larger than .3mm. For spraying metallic paint on scale models, anything larger than .3 is good. If I were to use mine for metallic paint, I would use the .5 needle. Honestly, it is a great airbrush, I really like mine. You might also consider the Gaahleri GHAD-68.
