Gevalia French Roast Dark Roast Ground Coffee, 27.6 oz Canister

This coffee is awesome. Tastes great awesome aroma and if you buy it correctly, it's a good value Sometimes it's overpriced so you got to watch it

I've been purchasing Gevalia French Roast Dard Ground Coffee in the 27.6 oz canister for about 2 years on a Subscribe and Save basis. I still enjoy the coffee's flavor, and haven't found a good replacement in the few times it was unavailable for shipping. I do keep an extra can on hand for just such "emergencies". Good coffee, good price.

This brand of coffee is in my top 3 of coffee blends to get. It's strong without needing so many scoops in my coffee pot. The amount I get for the price is great and it last a good amount of time depending on how many cups I drink. It tastes good has a mix of sweet and silky. And afterwards the container is great for storage. I use the container for my crochet. The only problem is it goes thru you fast and makes me use the bathroom a bit more than usual and sometimes gives me hiccups but other than two problems I highly recommend it

This was a great value for my absolute favorite coffee. I am disappointed that it has not been available to buy though. I will note that the coffee grounds are courser in this can than in the regular bags at the store. Doesn't affect the flavor to me or my husband though.

I do not want to pay a fortune for a tiny bag of coffee. So I have tried all the available large carton/value size coffees and this is the only one that is any good in a drop coffee machine. I'm glad I found it. It actually has "some" flavor when put through my $150 drip coffee maker. It's a little bitter sometimes, but there's notes of chocolate so it's just just gas station swill like everything else ends up being.

Love this coffee. I have a good grinder and have bought Peet's and Starbucks to grind YET, I prefer this Gevalia as my go to coffee. My only negative is not with he coffee BUT the price. You can get the smaller bags of this stuff locally, so I don't know why Amazon can't give you a better price per ounce when buying this larger size. Seems no real advantage price wise buying this larger can, vs local small bags. Hope they change that, and lower the price, even just a little,...coffee is GREAT though!
