big bag o water
Okay so, the hose is short and the nozzle is more drippy than actual spray but, hear me out, this is exactly what works when you've been swimming and just need a quick rinse. We filled it and hung it up in the sun. There's some dripping/leaking but I may not have made the best connections and it stays outside so this isn't a big deal. The water warmed up in the sun, and the hose was able to rinse a person and all their swimming accoutrements 5 times and there was still enough left for a few more rinses.

Reliable, Compact, and Perfect for Emergency Prep
As a prepper, I’m always looking for gear that’s practical, durable, and easy to store—and the DkOvn Solar Shower Bag checks all the boxes. I picked up the 4-pack to keep in different bug-out bags and emergency kits, and I’m impressed with the quality and versatility. Each bag holds 5 gallons, which is enough for one or two full showers. The PVC material feels sturdy and doesn’t leak, and the reinforced handle and hose setup make it easy to hang from a tree or shower tent. The solar heating feature is a huge plus—after a few hours in the sun, the water gets warm enough for a comfortable rinse without needing gas or electricity 1. It’s lightweight, folds down small, and includes an on/off switchable shower head, which makes it great not just for hygiene but also for washing dishes or gear. Whether you’re camping, off-grid, or preparing for emergencies, this is a smart, affordable addition to your supplies. Pros: Heats water with sunlight—no fuel or power needed Durable and leak-resistant PVC Compact and lightweight for easy storage Great for hygiene, cleaning, and multi-use scenarios Available in multi-packs for family or group prepping Cons: Needs direct sunlight for best heating Shower head is basic but functional

Awesome product other than the shower nozzles
Durable and handy for camping. The shower nozzles dribble water... otherwise good product.

Cheap in all respects
There's "inexpensive" and then there's "cheap". This is the latter in all respects including its basic design. 1) The flow control valve is located at the bottom of the bag (NOT at the shower head). Unless you're built with the arm length-to-body height proportions of an orangutan, it's impossible to have the shower head above your head AND reach the valve. 2) The filler port plug is extremely difficult to close and impossible to open without a pair of pliers. 3) ...and it still leaks. 4) The hose from bag to shower head arrives folded. And kinked. After a week in the sun attempting to get the kinks out, they remain. This cuts the water flow rate way down. 5) The hose attaches to the flow valve with the valve pointing straight down WHEN THE BAG IS EMPTY. When you fill the bag, the attachment angle changes to nearly horizontal. With the hose hanging down, this puts another kink in the hose, further reducing water flow. 6) The only positive is that the bag came with a little hook on a string. This does make connecting the bag to a rope nicely quick.

So effective and simple. No batteries. Just sunshine and gravity
A two-pack of camping shower bags. Comes with a handle insert and rope with hook for hanging. No leaks and warm water in the afternoon while camping. Fill the bag, lay it in the sunshine. Warm water a few hours later. Your time to warm water may vary based on sunshine and climate. No, it will not make warm water in full sun if its 35 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Assume this is for summer use. I also lay this on my tailgate and use it to rinse off after beach trips. Leave the sand at the beach!

Convenient Concept, Questionable Execution
Over this past summer I tried out a portable shower bag to bring a long camping with us as I have a young child and wanted a way to be able to wash her hands. Drawn in by the convenience it promised for outdoor adventures. Here's my take: **The Concept:** The idea of a portable shower bag is brilliant. Having the ability to wash hands while camping was a game-changer. **Ease of Use:** The attachments that came with the bag were user-friendly. Setting it up was straightforward, which I appreciated when I needed a quick rinse in the great outdoors. **Leakage Issues:** However, the experience wasn't all smooth sailing. I encountered leaks during use, which was during use, which was disappointing. It's unclear whether this was due to user error of if the bag's material just wasn't up to par in terms of sturdiness. **Sturdiness:** The bag's material didn't feel as robust as I'd hoped. For something that needs to hold water and withstand the wear and tear of travel, this raised some concerns about long-term reliability. **Final Verdict:** While the portable shower bag concept is solid and the attachments are practical, the leakage issue is a significant drawback. If considering this product, be mindful of the potential for leaks and perhaps look into additional waterproofing measures or a different brand to ensure a dry and comfortable experience.

Don’t let them sit too long in the sun
We got these to use in our truck bed camper while out camping. They get so hot if you let them sit all day. To the point they’re too hot. But thy worked perfect and I was more than happy to be able to take a hot shower in the woods! They’re durable. The flow is good. Small and compact which is perfect for small spaces.

Great on the go shower!
So we bought these for a Camping festival we are going to, we have used these before in the past but we actually bought some of our own and let me just tell you these really do the trick! I layed just the bag itself out in the sun for maybe 5 mins and it was so hot I couldn't even touch it. It holds a lot of water for what it's worth. It does become quite heavy as it fills im sure that the top handle is durable enough to handle it but i didnt want to take any chances. It heated up fairly quickly, cold water to see how fast it would heat up to a reasonable temperature. I layed it on the hood of my car for about 30 mins and it was perfect! The hose has a bit more pressure that I was expecting I was very thankful for that. However it doesn't have a lot of pressure because there is no pump to it, let gravity do the work and it's great. It's best if the hose is pointed to the ground to get the best pressure from it. Other than that it is very simple to use and it even gives instructions on how to clean it before the initial use of it on the front of the bag. Overall great product and will recommend to others!
