Decent! I've previously taken this brand's pure inositol supplement and decided to switch it up, can honestly say it does feel like it halts craving, surprisingly i also feel like it helped me quit drinking too? I just don't feel the over-consumption desire anymore. However, I'd like to add that i do take other vitamins & supplements too, but im happy to re-purchase as so feel a little difference for sure :)

Although I have only been taking these for 1 week I find they are making me more hungry and I have not seen any weight loss. Everyone is different though but for me they didn't work.

The ingredients are: Myo-Inositol, Bulking Agent (Brown Rice Flour), Capsule Shell (Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose), Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), White Kidney Bean Extract 4:1, Green Coffee Bean Extract 40:1, Kelp Extract 4:1 (Fish, Molluscs, Crustaceans), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) Extract 30:1, Cayenne pepper (Capsicum annuum) extract 8:1 (mg), Chromium Picolinate. The flavour is unflavoured, these capsules are very easy to swallow I have to admit. Great quality supplement at all, and results are very good, price is very reasonable, I can easily recommend it to anyone.
