This product has one of the best Omega3 rating I have every found. The EPA is 900mg. and the DHA is 660 mg. This is an excellent source of fish oil. I would recommend this to anyone that is concerned about keeping healthy.

The enteric coating eliminates the fishy aftertaste and long term regurgitating fishy taste. Pills to large, need a formula for once per day

Fish oil can make your hair fall out. I took this on recommendation from my chiropractor and after a few months of use I have lost about 1/2 of my hair. It used to be so thick and now it is thin :(. Once I stopped taking the fish oil my hair stopped falling out.
